استپر موتور 1.65 آمپر 42BYGH403

استپر موتور یا استپ موتور یک موتور DC و براشلس است و حرکت آن به صورت پله ای می باشد. یعنی به ازای هر درجه مشخص، یک پالس ارسال می گردد و یک دور کامل آن (360)، به تعدادی پله تقسیم می شود.

درجه هر پله از این استپر موتور 1.8 درجه می باشد که به ازای هر یک دور کامل آن باید 200 پالس به آن داده شود.

عملکرد استپر موتورها بدین گونه است که در اطراف هسته مرکزی چند الکترومگنت دندانه دار و در مرکز آن یک سیلندر آهنی دندانه دار قرار دارد. با فعال شدن اولین الکترومگنت توسط یک کنترلر خارجی، سیلندر مرکزی دندانه دار شروع به چرخش می کند.

لازم به ذکر است میزان نیروی دوار برای خارج کردن شفت این استپر موتور از حالت ایستا، معادل 3.5 kg بر سانتی متر می باشد.

استپر موتورها دارای کاربردهای متفاوت و گسترده ای می باشد و به طور کلی در مواردی که نیاز به تعریف دقیق جهت و زاویه است مانند پرینترهای سه بعدی، پرینترهای جوهر افشان، صنایع خودروسازی، رباتیک و دستگاه های عددی مانند CNC مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد.
