مجموعه 20 عددی قلاویز و حدیده

قلَاویز (Tap) و حَدیده (Die ) ابزاری برای تراش دنده‌های پیچ بر روی فلز، چوب و پلاستیک می باشد.
قلاویز برای دنده‌کردن داخل استوانه‌ها (مهره) به‌کار می‌رود. حدیده سطوح بیرونی مثل لوله استوانه را در گام مشخص رزوه (Screw thread) می‌کند. این دو فرایند تراشیدن را قلاویزکاری و رِزوِه‌تراشی یا پیچ‌تراشی می نامند. حدیدهٔ دوپارچهٔ قابل تنظیم از دو نیمهٔ جدا از هم ساخته شده‌است که معمولاً در حدیده‌گیر که شامل کَلّگی و راهنماست، جای می‌گیرد.
حدیده و قلاویز در پیکربندی ها و مواد تشکیل دهنده مختلفی وجود دارد که رایج ترین آنها فولاد (HSS) برای مواد نرم تر و کبالت برای مواد سخت مانند فولاد ضد زنگ است. اگرچه هنگام حدیده و قلاویزکاری گرمای زیادی تولید نمی شود، اما روغن کاری می تواند میزان اصطکاک را کاهش داده و تولید تراشه و پلیسه را به حداقل ممکن برساند. رزوه های ایجاد شده توسط حدیده و قلاویز معمولا طبق استاندارد SAE در TPI یا در هر اینچ اندازه گیری می شوند.

Description :
Taps and dies are tools used to create screw threads, which is called threading. Many are cutting tools; others are forming tools. A tap is used to cut or form the female portion of the mating pair (e.g. a nut). A die is used to cut or form the male portion of the mating pair (e.g. a bolt). The process of cutting or forming threads using a tap is called tapping, whereas the process using a die is called threading. Internal threading is done by using a tool called a TAP in a hole drilled to a specific diameter for the thread size and pitch you want to cut. External threads, such as for bolts and studs, are made by using a tool called a DIE, which is applied to a specific diameter of a rod for the size and pitch of the threads you want to cut.
Taps and dies come in various configurations and materials, the most common being High-Speed Steel (HSS) for softer materials and Cobalt for hard materials like stainless steel. Some manufacturers apply platings or coatings designed to increase the cutting ability and life of their products, beneath that, it is usually one of the two materials for most applications.
Although there is really not much heat build-up to speak of when had cutting threads, lubricating the cutting threads can reduce friction binding and aid in chip removal.
The SAE standard thread pitches are measured in TPI or threads per inch. For each diameter of SAE threads, there are also two pitches, commonly referred to as UNC or Unified National Coarse (commonly called a coarse thread) and UNF or Unified National Fine (fine thread).
