The N303-3 module is a dual-mode navigation and positioning module launched by Taidou Microelectronics that supports BDS B1/GPS LI/GIONASS LI (choose two out of three) frequency points. This module integrates a new generation of SOC + TD1030 radio frequency integrated chip independently developed by TEDA, which can support BDS BI/GPS LI/GLONASSL1 frequency points, high sensitivity, low power consumption and cost. It provides low cost for the production of navigation terminal products. such as cost-effective vehicle and ship positioning and navigation solutions.

The size of the N303-3 module is 16mmx12.2mmx2.2mm, which meets the demand for reducing the module volume when designing positioning terminal products. The module is packaged with 24-pin sealing holes to meet the need for quick installation of modules during the production of positioning terminal products.

N303-3 integrates antenna detection circuit, power management function and built-in LNA+SAW.

Support BDS BI/GPS LI/GLONASS LI frequency points

The following six work modes are supported and can be switched between each other via commands:

1) Single BDS BI working mode

2) Single GPS L1 working mode

3) single glonas LI working mode

4) BDS BI/GPSL1 dual mode (default mode)

5) GLONASS LI/BDS BI dual working mode

6) GLONASS LI/GPS LI dual working mode

The chip has a built-in on-chip LNA that covers three frequency points: BDS B1/GPS LI/GLONASS LI
