فاصله سنج لیزری ابزاریست که از پرتو لیزر برای یافتن فاصله هدف ها استفاده می کند. عمومی‌ترین گونه فاصله سنج لیزری براساس زمان پرواز (ToF) نمونه به وسیله فرستادن یک پالس لیزر در یک باریکه پرتو به سوی جسم و اندازه گیری زمان پرتو تا بازگشت به فرستنده کار میکند. به خاطر سرعت بالای نور این تکنیک برای اندازه گیری‌های با دقت کمتر از میلیمتر مناسب نیست به طوری که اغلب سه گوشه سازی و روش‌های دیگر به کار می‌روند. برای استفاده از لیزر بعنوان سیستم فاصله یاب مشخصه‌های تکفام بودن، واگرائی کم ، پالس های کوتاه، شدت بالا (درخشندگی) دارای اهمیت خاصی هستند.
عملکرد DE-LIDAR TF01 براساس اصل ToF ( زمان پرواز) است با مشخصه های منحصر به فرد نوری، الکترونیکی و طراحی. این فاصله سنج می تواند مسافت را به طور صحیح، پایدار و با سرعت و حساسیت بالا به انجام برساند. طراحی حفاظتی TF01 براساس IP65 است که آن را از گرد و خاک، آب و خوردگی حفظ می کند.

The Benewake TF01 LIDAR Laser Rangefinder (10 m) is a unidirectional ranging LiDAR, which is mainly used in height ranging and terrain following of drones, supporting flight controls like Plixhawk, APM, TopXGun, EFY Technology, aiAero, DAISCH and etc.

The protection design of the TF 01 is based on the IP 65 level, which prevents it from the dust, water, and corrosion. It is anti-interferential from the strong light outdoors. It can work under 100K lux light without the interference from the temperature, humidity, light, electronics and airflow. High sensitivity, measuring distance up to 10 meters, accuracy in cm level.Scan frequency up to 500Hz, real-time detection of distance with a 500 times/second refresh rate for more accurate data.TF01 has a complete system, containing a protective shell made of materials with a high transmittance of infrared, which doesn't affect the optical performance.

It has been widely used in height fixing and terrain following of drones, especially in agriculture. As a considerably mature product in the market, TF01 has collected a large amount of experience and actual data in different situations, which has been taken as feedback for further improvements of the product itself. Meanwhile to guarantee the reliability of the TF01, we conducted a rigorous seismic test and the performance of TF01 turned out excellent.
