ماژول جی اس ام چهار باند SIM800L تراشه ای با پشتیبانی از فناوری های GSM و GPRS بوده که به واسطه آنها می توان از امکانات گوناگونی مانند ارسال و دریافت پیامک، برقراری تماس های صوتی و ارسال و دریافت داده بهره مند گردید. ماژول راه انداز GSM چهار باند SIM800L آپدیت شده با قابلیت GPRS / GSM / SMS با قابلیت ارسال و دریافت SMS و مکالمه و همچنین GPRS به همراه آنتن IPX و Spring کاربردهای بسیاری از جمله استفاده در برد آردوینو را دارد.
از مهمترین ویژگی های ماژول Sim 800L ابعاد بسیار کوچک و مصرف برق بسیار  کم آن است. همچنین این ماژول به صورت چهار بانده فعالیت می کند و در 4 باند با فرکانس های 850، 900، 1800 و 1900 مگاهرتز فعالیت نموده و با نصب آن بلافاصله به جستجوی شبکه تلفن همراه می پردازد. این مدل از ماژول جی اس ام دارای دو عدد آنتن بوده که یکی از آنها بر روی برد لحیم می گردد و دیگری از طریق رابط IPX متصل می گردد و همچنین قابلیت ارسال و دریافت SMS و دیتا GPRS از طریق این ماژول امکان پذیر است.
انتقال شبکه GSM / GPRS اساس کار این ماژول است و همچنین میتوان خانه‌های هوشمند، اینترنت اشیاء IOT، اتصال به اینترنت، دریافت و ارسال پیام ، دریافت کردن رادیو FM را به وسیله ماژول SIM800L انجام داد.

Description:
The GSM module SIM800L is one of the smallest GSM modules in the world. It is a powerful module that starts automatically and searches the network automatically. It notably includes Bluetooth 3.0 + EDR and FM radio (receiver only). It will allow you to exchange SMS, make calls but also, and this is new, to recover data in GPRS 2G +.
