ماژول رله 5 ولت 4 کاناله OMRON SSR

رله ها در واقع همان سوئیچ های الکتریکی هستند. رله حالت جامد یا SSR ( Solid State Relay ) نوعی از رله هاست که یک المان سوئیچینگ الکترونیکی می باشد که در آن با یک سیگنال کنترلی می توان جریان یا ولتاژ بزرگتر را کنترل کرد. از طریق این قطعه می‌توان با دادن ولتاژهای پایین، جریان و ولتاژ‌های بالاتری را کنترل کنیم که رله حالت جامد یا SSR مزیت‌های فراوانی نسبت به رله‌های مکانیکی دارد که یکی از مهمترین آنها، کنترل از طریق ولتاژ‌های پایین است که باعث شده این ماژول رله بسیار پرکاربرد شود. ماژول رله ها برای ارسال فرمان برد های کنترلر مانند میکرو و آردوینو به یک وسیله دیگر که توان الکتریکی بالاتری دارد استفاه می شوند. با توجه به نوع رله ، توان و قابلیت های ماژول رله متفاوت خواهد بود. این ماژول رله 5 ولت 4 کاناله OMRON SSR یک ماژول 4 کاناله متشکل از 4 عدد رله حالت جامد تشکیل شده است که به کمک میکروکنترلرهای مانند ای وی آر و آردوینو با ورودی 5 ولتی قابل کنترل خواهند بود. این ماژول قابلیت کنترل ولتاژ 100 الی 240 ولت متناوب تا 2 آمپر را دارند همچنین این ماژول دارای فیوز محافظتی در برابر اضافه بار نیز می باشد.
وضعیت High level trigger به این معنی می باشد که ولتاژ تریگر بین ترمینال سیگنال ورودی و زمین است که برای استفاده از تریگر باید از ترمینال سیگنال ورودی و VCC که مثبت است استفاده کرد، به طور کلی حالت High level triggering به این معنی است که ولتاژ بین ترمینال ورودی (IN) و زمین (Vcc) یک است و در این حالت رله تغییر وضعیت می‌دهد.
وضعیت Low level trigger به این معنی می باشد که ولتاژ بین ترمینال سیگنال ورودی و زمین است که برای استفاده از تریگر باید از ترمینال سیگنال ورودی و GND که منفی است استفاده کرد، به طور کلی حالت Low level triggering به این معنی است که ولتاژ بین ترمینال ورودی (IN) و زمین (GND) صفر است و در این حالت رله تغییر وضعیت می‌دهد.

Description:
This 5V 4-Channel SSR Solid State Relay Module 240V 2A Output with Resistive Fuse is based on the Omron G3MB-202P SSR relay which can control up to 2A at 240VAC. This is a 4 Channel SSR relay module, each relay channel has 3 separate terminals, NO (Normal Open), COM (Common), NC (Normal Closed). A solid state relay is similar to a mechanic relay where it can be controlled through a digital signal. Solid State Relay generates no noise and has a much longer lifespan in compared to the traditional mechanic relay. When the input logic voltage is applied to the coil, the NC will disconnect from the COM breaking the conductivity between the two. At the same time, the NO will connect with the COM allowing conductivity between them. Depending on your wiring this will turn on or off the connected load.

High level and low level of meaning:
High level trigger refers to the signal trigger end (IN) had a positive voltage and the negative pole of the power supply is usually between, and the triggering end of a trigger connected with the positive pole of a power supply, when the trigger end has a positive voltage or reached the trigger voltage, the relay is attracted.
Low level trigger refers to the signal triggering voltage between the end and the negative electrode of the power supply is OV, or trigger terminal voltage lower voltage than the positive power supply voltage, low to can trigger, make the relay, is usually the cathode of the power supply and the triggering end of a trigger mode connection, so that the relay is attracted.
